Stutter/Lag in matches on PC

On PC, using Sream.

Almost the exact same thing happened on FC 25 at launch. When in a match, it is constantly stuttering and lagging, making the game unplayable. 

It isn't an fps issue, as I'm getting 120 fps, its a in game engine issue or something.

Sometimes it can be fixed by: Verifying the games files, using task manager to close steam and the ea app and then launching the game. But it doesn't work everytime.

If it doesn't get fixed soon, ill be demanding a refund, I dont care if I redeemed my pre order bonus, the game is broken.
