Subject: SBC Pack Stuck – Cannot Open Upgrade Pack on PS5

Hello,

I am unable to claim or open my SBC upgrade pack on PS5. Every time I try to open the pack, I get a server connection error. This issue has been happening since yesterday and only affects packs from SBC upgrades. I have tried clearing cache, restoring licenses, restarting console and router, and using the Web App, but the issue is still not resolved.

Please help remove the stuck pack or fix my account so I can open packs normally again.
