suspeneded and i need another solution instead of sending email to TOS team

hello the reason i list my doku in first place for high price that i did have fodder in my transfer list i was relisting every time i can and i was trading with doku after i got him with good price(5k) in friday market supply and i listed him for his 9k but he didnot get sold and then i saw that he can get into totw and i said nice he is getting out of packs and he his price will rise more (u can see already that his price now is 18-20k on pc as i expacted) and can be even extinct if they droped an evo he can fits in so i listed him for 30k and some different price but that the price i was thinking off he can reach and  the i was doing my relisting thing to sell my fodder and in same time doku was getting listed for 30ks to avoid him getting sold with low price iam not happy with in that time and then all of the sudden i opened the web app to do my relisting thing 11 doku cards got sold and idk why someone would buy it and then ea anticheat suspected me that was tradeing with coins from acc to other and u can see in my acc iam investing in alot of evo  prediction 
thats my situation and i opened 2 cases and they got declined and i didnot do anything wrong just random guy decieded to buy my dokus for no reason and iam the one who is take responsibility of his mistake ?? 
and third thing if iam moveing coins or trading what ever u call it why i would do it with doku and second thing why i would do it with 11 cards i would just try to find high maxed price card just to move all coins at once or lower like this really frustrating i tried to make the live chat make me contact with any one manger team leader or tos team they canot help me with anything

so i want my coins back and someone to look into my case properly cuz they declined my case twice and iam 100% CLEAR
