technical problems

While playing matches in FC 26 (in manager career mode), the game lags incredibly, freezes, and stutters. I can't play matches smoothly, fluidly, or quickly. This is the first time this has happened to me in this series. Normally, my system can handle high settings, but even lowering them didn't fix it.
