The bounty issue

Guys is there any solution to the bounty problem in the Elite division ? There has been no bounty for a month and a half !! please if you know any solution please told me I’m tired of this

Rivals crash
Literally can't play a game of rivals, each time I load into a game, it says connection error and returns me to main screen. WiFi connection is fine as I can play gauntlet, rush etc just no rivals.
