The game crashes and won't load on PS5

I have tried everything including wipe clean the console - I mean EVERY possible solution that is suggested on the web. The game is still crashing?! Anyone else having the same issue. SOS!!

I am genuinely losing my mind with this, it just crashes constantly and that stupid green loading symbol appears that goes on forever
