The game selected the Silver Stars Evo 3 automatically, and it ruined my chain

I started my chain on silver star icon Maldini, selected first and second DEF evo for him, but when i clicked the button to redeem the last one the game selected automatically WTSS Journey 3 - Attacker (on level 21 of season pass). That means i cannot finish my Maldini chain, and probably won't be able to Evo him anytime soon,  someone could help me?
