There is no UT mode available in the FC26 Showcase. (I live in UAE)

I have EA FC26 Showcase, and I live in Dubai. However, I can't access Ultimate Team on my account.

Why is that?

In the forum, it says I can play Ultimate Team using FC26 Showcase, but when I open FC26 Showcase in my Steam and Xbox Console, the only option available is "Learn to Play."

Please help me. 😔

I'm using Steam and Xbox.
Same problems.

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to check in with all of you, if you can access the FC 26 Showcase including Ultimate Team now? We've had some slight misconfiguration issues, but they should have all been resolved.

If you're still experiencing issues, please state your region and platform.
Keep in mind, the FC 26 Showcase with Ultimate Team is only available in selected regions. More information about that can be found in this EA Help article.

Xferiw Can you also please confirm if you're indeed currently living in the UAE? Only downloading it there while trying to play out of another country won't work.

Hey, I have a problem with the game as well.
So when the game first came out I bought the 10 hour trial and then after it ended I bought the showcase and played it for a while, then finally decided to buy the full game and once I bought it during kick off mode I can only play on game which is Tottenham vs marseille and I have tried for hours to fix it but I can’t. I would appreciate it if somebody could help me (I play on Xbox).

Hello, I also tried with a UAE IP, but it's the same and nothing loads. Do you have any new solutions?

I went with an Emirati IP, but the Gab issue still persists.

Hi Dinoyass and Xferiw,

you'll have to actually be in the UAE, I'm afraid. That means with a real IP address from the United Arab Emirates.

Hi, I'm in UEA and I don't have access to Ultimate Team and Kick Off, I use PC and Steam, and I live in UEA itself.
I downloaded it again and did this according to your colleague who was guiding me online, but I still don't have access, contrary to what the company and the forum said. Thank you for your guidance as soon as possible.

Hello, I also downloaded the UEA region and it only has learn to play, and contrary to what you said, it has ultimate team, and your colleague Abishek told me to download it again, it would work, but it's still the same, please give me the solution.
