this game is broken and they don't refund or compensate for their incompetency
It’s the second time I’ve been in the menus and 10k coins disappeared for no reason the second time I didn’t receive my Squad Battle rewards since the release of the game the connection has been awful just like your communication with us and two or three days ago for the first time the connection was smooth fast it was the best day of my life on a FIFA game my players responded to commands moved quickly reacted instantly I had no input lag no latency I didn’t want to disconnect it was the first time this ever happened and somehow your incompetence managed to ruin it the very next day
I’m a customer and it’s legitimate for me to ask for answers justifications explanations for why the connection is so terrible and why that one day and I’m not the only one everyone noticed it that day the game was smooth stable and fast why did it only last one day why can’t you stabilize the connection how are we supposed to play a game that only lasts six months when you’ve already stolen two months of gameplay from us why do you spit on the community refuse to communicate honestly and offer no compensation for all these issues you are the worst gaming company I’ve ever seen in my life no other support has ever been as arrogant as you every other game and support team has always listened and even offered compensation to apologize except you we have to beg you and you spit in our faces
