Too Many Computers Error Even on My Own Account (FC26)

Hello. I previously tried to log in to FC26 using a Steam and EA account that a friend shared with me. When I tried to start the game I received the error: "Too many computers have accessed this account's version of EA SPORTS FC26 recently. Please try again later." After that I realized that using a shared account was not correct, so I purchased FC26 on my own personal Steam and EA account which only I use. However, when I try to launch the game with my own account I still get the same error. I think my computer might still be registered from the previously used account and the system may be blocking my device. Is there a way to reset the device limit or remove my computer from the previous account? Thank you.
