total freeze

I need help . For 5 hours I was suffering from a total freeze in my laptop when I opened FC 26. After the anti-cheat update it is very tiring. Does anyone have a solution?

    My problem has been solved. 

     It's because of the antivirus software. BeitDefender. disable it

Today in China hundreds of Chinese customers meet the same error and all EA games are influenced.

I reported an issue too.
