Transfer market and target glitch for months! Help line not helping

So i bought this game on ps4 after some while i couldn’t get in the market buy or bid on players and it will through me out same on the companion app!! I see a yellow dot on transfer target but cant get into it as the error occurs and it shows 0 targets. I checked it on ps5 market works fine but not anywhere else  but i only checked it once the game edition is also both PS4 and ps5 and i also re downloaded the game!! Someone help me as its very boring to play UT with access to market
