I have grouped several similar reports in this thread. Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention.
If you are still receiving notifications about a buy/bid limit after unlocking the transfer market on your platform through the objectives and waiting the full 24 hours without using the market at all, please share the following information with us.

A timestamp of the first and last time you received this error, including your timezone:
Any additional details: Such as whether you changed platforms before this error started for you, or if you are able to use the market on a different console version of the game.

Hi EA_Claus, thanks for looking into this. I’m still experiencing the issue, so here are the details you requested:
EA ID / PSN ID: Artfull-dodger26
Platform: PlayStation 5 (PS5)
Timestamp of first time the error occurred:
Wednesday, September 24, 2025 (GMT+2)
Timestamp of most recent occurrence:
It has been happening consistently every day since the issue first appeared, including today [5-12-2025] (GMT+2).
Additional details:
- I unlocked the Transfer Market normally through the Foundations objectives and waited the full 24 hours without using the market.
- After the timer ended, I was able to buy players normally, but was unable to sell any players.
- On PS5, attempting to sell gives the message:
“You’ve reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 24 hours for full access.”
The timer never moves from 24 hours. - On PS4, the Transfer Market works completely fine — I can buy and sell normally.
- On PS5, the minimum price of every player is stuck at 150, and the maximum price is blank.
- Accessing or clearing items in the Transfer List disconnects me with the message:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.” - I did not switch platforms before this error; however, I tested the PS4 version on my PS5 before the issue happened. The issue started the moment I tried selling for the first time after unlocking the market on PS5.
- I also tested the Web App / Companion App, and while I can buy players, I get a different error when trying to list items for sale.
- This has been ongoing for over three months now with no progress or change.
I’ve attached multiple screenshots to clearly show the errors and behavior on PS5.
