Hi everyone, for the last 2-3 days my joystick hasn't been working while playing Ultimate Team Rivals, but it works in every other event. The problem only suddenly appears when playing Rivals. What should I do? I'm using a PS5 DualSense controller.
Got the same issue - PC+DualSense Wireless controller (Firmware A-0630) - working in menu but doing nothing during the Rivals game, had to forfeight twice already. Instead of that keyboard works, but strange - WASD working like cursor buttons, and some buttons on the right side like actions, could not play anyway.
Subscribing to this issue and waiting for EA reply. That all happenned after last update!
4 month passed and seems EA don't give a *** about controller issue on PC.
Entering the game and using Menus - it works.
If I enter Rival mode - it doesn't (can play using keyboard, no reaction on Gamepad). BUT when I press ESC - voila, I can scroll menu using Gamepad, can even return to game where ... it's not working again, so Forfeit is the only option.
After game restart - works again, totally random issue (sometimes happens in Rush mode as well).
And you trying to sell me FC27 after that?
I'm really tired that instead of having fun playing AAA game using one of the most popular gaming devices, I have to enter some meaningless mode first, check that gamepad is working inside match itself, then leave it OR restart game entirely (if it's not working ingame) and repeat this procedure. It's totally not OK, I can't understand the root issue of this bug, the way it can be properly reported and I'm totally sure it happened after one of your updates and was never fixed after.
