Ultimate Edition Rewards Missing

I bought FC 26 Ultimate Edition on September 20th on Steam and have been waiting for the rewards to show up on UT, clubs, etc… All my friends already had their rewards but I’m still waiting. Live chat with EA didn’t help, DM on Twitter didn’t help, so I’ve run out of options. Why didn’t I get any rewards and how can I get an answer from EA on this matter ?
