Ultimate team and pro clubs unusable

So I cannot access ultimate team since first launching it after installing and the same with pro clubs 

Ultimate team provides me with image one 

Pro clubs provides image two 

Video 1 is me launching the game and trying both modes and video 2 is me launching a seasons match to prove I am connected to ea servers regardless of what it says
