Ultimate team can't join challengers

Hi it seems I've completed all the requirements to join the challengers but for some reason the game doesn't allow me to play saying I don't meet the entry requirements. There are 2 requirements, the first is being in Max 7th division which I am, and the second one is completing the challengers entry mission which I did also. But the second one doesn't have a check next to it which is weird because when I look at my missions which I've completed I can clearly see I've completed the said mission. So I'm stuck at the moment and a little help would be great. Thank you
