Ultimate Team Crashing

I have played seasons just to try to play the game. I have a ps5 pro and only ultimate is crashing. Nothing else. I’m in south Texas. I paid for early access and I can’t even play the game. Please help. Everything else works, I have restored license, deleted and uploaded the game twice. Cleared the cache and data center as well on my ps5 pro..
