ultimate team disconnect issue what is this

i, was playing wl i won 4-0 and he left after that goal then i went to loading screen for a while window appears that says ultimate team lost connection when i relogin to ut it counts as a lost :DDD what is this and i have internet connection when this happens this is crazy
