I have a similar issue that i just posted about. I was told by someone at EA that its not a widespread issue so they dont know anything at all. Ive reported it at least 3 times since around fut birthday like you said. Ive also done each troubleshooting thing with EA in the chat at least twice and nothing changes. Its only gotten worse.
