Ultimate Team not accessible since TU2 — no help from support/forums

Since Title Update 2 on Sept 24, Ultimate Team on my account is functionally broken: I cannot add players to any squad, new squads won’t save, and I cannot queue for matches—core features of the product I purchased are unavailable on my account while others can play normally on the same hardware/network, proving this is an account/backend state problem, not user error or ISP noise. I’ve completed every troubleshooting step, opened multiple tickets, and still get “no fix available at the moment” while Champs/Tournament windows pass and rewards are lost, which is unacceptable for a live service mode that relies on weekly eligibility cycles and time‑limited progression.

This needs a real fix at the account/backend level and formal guidance on rewards restitution. Please assign a senior advisor, run the UT state reset on my persona, and confirm the compensation path in writing. If additional logs or timestamps are required, reply here with the exact data format, and the team will receive it in the next update cycle.
