Ultimate team will not load?

EA_Aljo​ could you send me a link please to open a case I still cannot get into ultimate team

19 days on I’m still stuck in the same position I need to open a case with EA about this I’ve tried to click the link above but just gives me an error code?

Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas as to why they can't access Ultimate Team. Please open a case with an advisor so they can look into this further. That can be done with the ' Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

EA_Aljo​  , hello , he used a different account on his nintendo switch and it still didn’t let him access ultimate team 

As a test, ask him to use a different account. If he can log in on that, it would narrow this down to an account issue.

EA_Aljo​ he has tried this method and it doesn’t work 

Have him create a new squad on the web/companion app and set it to active.

I can't even enter to ultimate team, an update is available and required to enter UT, but there is no title update prompt or message.

EA_Aljo​ yes , he tried using his mobile hotspot & he still cannot enter ultimate team
