Any attempt to use the chatbot just links me to articles I've already tried

So - this problem still exists. You've not responded to any query here. I can't raise a support ticket as the chatbot won't let me - just to articles that don't work.
I can get this to work from a laptop, on the same network, with the same credentials - but it's unplayable as it's too juddery.
So...points to some account setting on my machine? You would have thought, but a full un-install, clear folders, re-install and the problem remains.There are zero issues with any other IP connectivity to anything else.
