Unable to Connect for the last week on FC26 and FC25

Router restarts, cache clearances, etc... nothing solves the issue at my end. Every other application, game or device connects to the internet services without issue.

On another note - how the heck does someone raise a support ticket? There appears to be no link anywhere.

    As far as your issue goes, have you tried all of the connection troubleshooting steps here? If so, let me know what platform you're on and I'll try to help.

  • Any attempt to use the chatbot just links me to articles I've already tried

    So - this problem still exists. You've not responded to any query here. I can't raise a support ticket as the chatbot won't let me - just to articles that don't work.

    I can get this to work from a laptop, on the same network, with the same credentials - but it's unplayable as it's too juddery.

    So...points to some account setting on my machine? You would have thought, but a full un-install, clear folders, re-install and the problem remains.

    There are zero issues with any other IP connectivity to anything else.
