Evrey time I tried to enter to my Fc26 game this message

I tried every thing to solve it but it doesn't solved
Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried power cycling your equipment yet? If not, try that now. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes. While you're waiting, restart your PC/hard restart your console. To hard restart your console, hold down the power button until it turns off. When the modem is back online, power up your console/PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not.
