Champions win counted as a loss

I'm playing on PS5 and have encountered this issue twice consecutively in Champions.

In both cases, my first FUT Champions match went to extra time. I won the match, but it was incorrectly recorded as a loss. After the game, an error message appeared, and the result was counted against me despite clearly winning in extra time. The same situation occurred last week as well, again in my first Champions match.

Additionally, for the past couple of months, I've been experiencing significant gameplay delay. Earlier, when my ping was around 20-30 ms, the game felt smooth and responsive with no lag or sluggishness. However, recently, even with the same ping, the gameplay feels very slow, laggy, and unresponsive. Player control, especially defending, has become difficult, and everything feels delayed.
