Unable to connect to FUT

Hi

After a few talks with EA support, they sent me here. 

I just changed my EA account from my old one to a new one. Right after i did so, i am no longer able to enter ultimate team. Just for the record; my old account was not banned or anything, I just felt it was cursed with bad luck. 

The support team keep telling me its a general issue happeing to a lot of players at the moment, but i found no-one else with this issue at all. Not on these fora, X, facebook, futbin etc. And the timing of this appearing (right after account change), makes me 100% sure its account specifik. Right before i changed EA account, I logged into the old one, and i worked. And i created another account just to check; it works fine. 

So this is clearly an account-specific problem; but i cant get support to help me with escalating this to tech-support. Can anyone here help me? I just want to get some help, but support refuse to escalate it to tech-support, giving me a standard reply of it being a general issue.
