Unable to connect to the EA servers for 2 weeks

It has been more than 2 weeks that I am unable to connect to the game on my PS5 consoles. I have checked all my connectivities, and re-downloaded my game like 5 times and still unable to connect. ...

Hey jengcat​ have you tried a different connection to see what happens?

Using your phone as a hotspot to test is a worth trying.

Yes I did, unfortunately it still does not work. I am located in Hong Kong and uses no VPN. Could you check on it please. Thanks!
