Unable to Install

My first installation of EAFC 26 caused my laptop frozen.  Then I deceided to install it again.  However, my Norton prompted EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe is moved to Quarantine because it was infected with Win64:Evo-gen[Trj].  Can EA Refund my money?????? I can't play `
