Unable to play FC26 on XBox One S.

Hello, I just purchased this game recently for the xbox one s console and I am unable to play the game.

I am able to install the game into console. However, upon launching the game, FC26 indicates that it requires an update. After continuing with the update, it will never complete. In the XBox "Manage Queue", it will indicate it is updating but it remains stuck at 0.0% It also shows Network: 16.00KB of 32.44GB. I have already restarted the console and still have the same issue. I have also uninstalled the game, tried resetting the xbox, and I get the same result. Can somebody please help out? Thank you.
