Unable to play ultimate gauntlet

So basically, as of last week my game bugged out and it wouldn't let me play the remainder of my ultimate gauntlet games/attempts

if I played a full game at the end I would get an error message and kicked back to the title menu, if I started a game and then quit it would also give me a error message,

I tried different teams, cleared the cache, repaired game files, I'm on a wired connection so this isn't an issue,

I can play any other game mode perfectly fine with no issues and no connection issues,

Because of this I've missed out on all possible rewards from the game mode

I contacted ea live chat and as usual that was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard

Where do you turn from here for answers?
