Unable to update squad in UT

Hello EA Support, I’m requesting an urgent escalation to a senior advisor or specialist regarding persistent issues with Ultimate Team on my account. Since Title Update 2 on 24 September, Ultimate Team has been completely broken for me:

I cannot add players to any squad, I’m unable to queue for matches I’ve missed Tournament rewards and Champions qualification due to this.
