Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing again in response to your message from three days ago, which stated my case was "waiting on studio" and that I should "allow more time."
It has been three more days, and I have now been unjustly suspended from my account for a total of 20 days.
Your official website policy states a 10-day maximum review time. I have waited double that. This is no longer a simple delay; it is an absurd and unacceptable situation.
The generic "actively being worked on" status is meaningless at this point. It provides zero transparency and no reassurance. I am a loyal, paying customer who has spent considerable money on this game, and I am being left completely in the dark.
I cannot overstate the negative impact this is having. I am genuinely devastated. I am blocked from playing my favorite game, losing significant daily progress, missing out on time-limited events, and falling permanently behind my friends. This is all due to what is clearly a system error, and this entire experience of being ignored and unfairly punished is profoundly disappointing.
I need more than a template response telling me to "wait." I am formally asking for concrete information:
- What is the current, realistic timeframe for a "studio review" to actually be completed?
- Can you provide any specific update on my case, or am I expected to just wait indefinitely?
- How much longer do I need to wait for a simple update on my case?
