I already have a Dx.Diag report in my submission, and it's in English. Why are you asking for the same thing again? I've shared all the necessary documents in my submission. This problem has existed since the game was released, and it's been 4 months. You're doing nothing. There are many people who paid for this game and can't play it, and we're all suffering. If the previous game, FC 25, ran flawlessly on our computers, this one should too, and it's clear that this problem is a bug on your end. Please find a solution to this problem. I bought the game in September, and now it's January, and I still can't play it. This is the first time in my life I've been so alienated from an EA game.
