Unplayable Game

Is it normal that I can’t complete a single Rivals game? I’ve played around 15 matches today, and every time the server kicks me out ending up with zero points.

I’m paying money to play the game, not to waste my time dealing with constant disconnects. We need an urgent update to fix this issue and proper compensation for this week’s Rivals and Champions games.
