Unplayable Lag and Ping Issues
Hi EA Support,
since the release of EA FC 26 I’ve been having constant issues with my ping in online matches.
I’m playing on PS5.
In the lobby, my ping shows around 20 ms, but as soon as I enter a match, it starts spiking to 800 ms every second.
The game becomes completely unplayable — I have to quit every single match because it simply makes no sense to continue.
My internet connection is absolutely stable, and every other online game runs perfectly fine — this issue only occurs in EA FC 26.
I’ve already tried every possible troubleshooting step I could find, but nothing helps.
It’s unbelievable that so many players are experiencing the same problem and there’s still no hotfix!
We’re paying for a game that we literally can’t play. Please escalate this issue and provide an immediate solution or update on a fix.
