Unstable connection in every online game

I'm on Xbox, with 150mb download and 27.5mb upload speed but in every online game of FC 26 I get unstable connection followed by horrendous speed up lag which makes playing online modes impossible. Is there a way to stop this or check which server I am pinging into? I know EA has a UK based server which I should be on so there is no explanation for this poor connection in every game.
