Unstable connection?

I get the unstable connection warning every other match, both on PS5 and PC, jumping from 30 to 1380, then the whole game switches to slow motion. Internet connection is good when I do tests, I use ethernet cable, but the game is still lagging like crazy. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game, reseting the router, tons of fixes from the forum.  Any help would be appreciated.
