Yep, same issue here and with a couple of my friends. It seems, so far, EA has stolen huges sums of money off of its fans and are refusing to address it directly too them. If they are working on the issues behind doors then find a way to address people clearly that you are working on it. Also, your whole promo for this game was you listened to the fan.. I dont think thats the case. All your fans are screaming at EA right now and have been for weeks and EA is ignoring everyone of them about this issue. EA needs a better customer service process and better communication.
