UT Server Connection Problem

Since the latest update on PC I’ve been receiving this message while submitting an SBC or just scrolling down players previewing an evolution. It’s getting pretty annoying at the moment.

I’ve tried a couple of solutions like deleting squad save in profile to force EA downloading fresh content from servers and uninstalling and reinstalling EA ANTI-CHEAT but it still gives me the same result.

    Now it’s working fine except for Darwin Cup. Whenever I am about to start a match it disconnects and gets me out of ultimate team as if I quit the game but internet connection is still there.

    Yeah well it’s still not working properly even though I deleted all squads and flushed dns and tried literally everything from repair to EA app recovery to deleting my profile. I have no idea what to do.

    I'd not put much faith in AI over this Amadeus1117​ as how would it know the server time for the servers. It won't know where they are or how you are being routed.

    I’ve been consulting AI to solve this for a whole day now and apparently it’s due to a mismatch between EA server time and PC time.

    There’s daylight saving time in Cairo, Egypt that is making my PC 7 seconds behind EA server time and after trying a couple of solutions, it’s 1.4 seconds or so it seems. It disconnects less now so I think it’s kinda working.

    Hey Amadeus1117​ that's not good to hear. 

    I tried it here on my end and it's working as it should so let's attack this as something to troubleshoot on your end.

    To start with, is it possible to test on another network to see what happens?

    Using mobile data and your phone as a mobile hotspot would be great.

    Let me know if you can try that, and if so, what happens.

    We will take it from there if need be.
