UT/Champs issue

This is number two. Within 2 hours. This is wasting my time and ruining my experience. But again. I can't forfeit or your game will "punish" me. This is unacceptable. 

The game 'difficulty' setting literally changes to legendary in the clip. I didn't keep clipping the remaining 15 minutes but also at half time it showed a total of 7 people were joined in my game. Whatever this is can willingly disable inputs and lock players at will. 

I re-validated all my game files before restarting the game. I even played two matches and managed to win them. Close games with even opponents, which is even more surprising. So this issue shouldn't be on my end.
