What is wrong with the cut-scenes?

I already made another Discussion but you guy took it down. I down know why, but I will make another one.

The game on PC is unplayable. I played the FC25 on the same laptop and I had no problems.

At half-time the game goes in some weird cut-scenes that makes my laptop going from 90 fps ( i put max 90 even i can go higher just for the performance ) to 5fps and it locks in 5 and the GPU locks at 100% without anyway to reduce, only if i close the game. 

The game is tearing. My eyes are bleeding watching the game runs in 5fps or less. I lost so many game ( finals in drafts, WL games, promotion in Rivals ) only because of this tearing .


The connectivity is a big problem. 
Im in Est Europe, Romania, and Im playing vs guying from Germany or France, on the server from Frankfurt, when i should connect on the Poland server that is closer?? I play on 50 ms now, i used to play on 28-32 ms last year
