guys you have to update tpm to 2.0 version and also enable it in bios if its not already enabled
go to run type tpm.msc to check your tpm version if its 1.2 that is problem because ea anticheat doesnt support anymore 1.2 version i update it to 2.0 and that fixed my problem

Because its not problem in game its problem because ea anti cheat.Ea anticheat need tpm 2.0 not the game itself.What are your pc spec and which pc

If your motherboard supports tpm 2.0 you can update idk what motherboard you have i have old lenovo with old pc bios and i could update to tpm 2.0 check online
