White player icons, loss of control, and forced disconnects in online matches

In EA SPORTS FC 26 online matches, white control icons appear on all my players, I lose control, and the match then disconnects. This happened in 7 games total against different opponents. My connection is stable, so this appears to be an exploit or cheating issue rather than a network problem. Please investigate the match data and involved accounts.
