Winning recorded

I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I'm winning matches 4-0 or 5-0, the player quits the game, and in the end, they don't count the victory... one or two matches, okay, but it's been like 20 now, and it just happened to me in the EA Super Cup. I won the cup 5-0, and in the end, they didn't count it. It's really frustrating...
