Wins Not Counting in Seasons Mode – Opponent Quits or After Full Match

Hello EA Team,

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in FIFA 26 Seasons mode. Despite winning multiple matches — sometimes after the opponent quits, sometimes after playing the full 90 minutes — the victories are not being recorded in my season progress.

So far, this has happened to me at least 10 times. Each time, I took a screenshot showing the match result (score, stats, and opponent’s quit message if applicable). However, none of these wins are reflected as victories in my season record.

This problem makes progression impossible and ruins the competitive experience, as the game doesn’t acknowledge deserved wins.

Could you please investigate this issue? I can provide all screenshots if needed.

This has been happening since last year. they've addressed other issues except this one. I've lost faith in them that they'll resolve this. very disappointing.

It happened in several of my games, many! Games that should have registered as a win, the player who was losing quits the game and the system doesn't register the match, neither giving me the win nor the loss to the cheater who quit. And ALL the Division 1 players I played against, while losing, cheated by disconnecting. It's outrageous. It's even more unbelievable that EA can't fix it. It's somewhat ironic to see a bunch of cheaters like that in a company of this size. God forbid I put money into this game with simple bugs they can't control, with no guaranteed justice or fair play.

I am like a Seasons-Veteran. Already Played this Mode from 2013 on for many many years.
Now i come back and this problem still existing is beyond Imagination of a good software. I wonder when someone is finally going to develop a good football simulation. I would buy immediately. I just want to play online. Not this Ultimate Team Cash Cow.

Is there a way to get this looked into? Everyone has been talking about this and EA hasnt tried to fix it. What can be done to get them to look into this?
