World Tour Silver Super Stars league

While playing Co-op on World Tour Silver Super Stars League we appeared to have been hacked. In the game the other team was able to control our players. We therefor left which gave us 2 loses? I have then had another game where we were winning 1-0 and the other team left and I got another loss. Please could ea have a look this? The only fix I have found is turn cross play off. I therefore now can not complete the games for the tournament.
