World tour silver superstar league missing games

So.. I started the silver league with my boi and both of us had 20 games in the beginning. And at 17th game mark. It said i ran out of attempts.... I didnt even play 20 games. I had 1 game left for ( PLAY 18) and youre telling me i cant get it coz of stupid **bleep**... EA FIX YOUR **bleep**ING GAMEEE AND YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORTTT... 4 hours effort down the **bleep**ing drain
