World tour silver superstar league

Hi, i want to report that i starter the live event "world tour silver superstar league" with 20 attempts. But i started with 19 games avaible, what happened to that game?. Can i have It back?

After that i could reach the prize playing 18 games. But your game crashed 2 times in 2 different games and it has counted me one abandonment (which i didnt) and one game null. Now because in both cases It wasnt my decision or fault, i want those 2 games back. Or at least 1. Because at the moment i will not reach the 18 games prize (played 5 and 12 left) and thats not right to me.
