Wrongfully Transfer Market Banned on FUT and appeal denied by automated system

I have been trading on the market for weeks now to try and save up coins for the full TOTY team and last night I received an email from EA: "We noticed that your EA SPORTS FC™ Account has been involved with Coin distribution, which breaks our rules." I have not been involved with buying or selling coins in any capacity and so I appealed it and within a few hours it was denied by an automated system. At one point I bought a card in an auction by accident for higher than i wanted to but if that's what I am being punished for, why am I being punished for an accident? I submitted a 2nd appeal but by the team it reaches a real person Team of the year will probably be over which is just the cherry on top. EA help has been very unhelpful and I have only been able to interact with bots.

    I am in the same situation as you, been trading for profit for weeks now, I bought OKOCHA JOGA BONITO to try him, sold him after few games. Didnt sell immediately. Relisted the card and it got sold. Got banned immidiatly. So many others in the forum who are trading with open bids especially on pc. Appeal gets denied straight after few hours of submitting it. Folks keep trying till you get your account back if you are honest. Hopefully.

    also thank you for letting me know about the templates. I just don't know why I am being accused of buying/selling coins when my total balance has stayed around the same. It really makes no sense and its super disheartening

    I genuinely feel so lost and distraught in this situation though because I would do anything I could to prove my innocence but there is no avenue for me to do so.

    To clarify, appeals are reviewed by our Terms of Service team. While they may have templated messages for certain situations, the reviews are not automated.

    You're definitely welcome to submit a new appeal as you've done in this case if you feel that outcome was incorrect, and a different member of the ToS team will take another look at the situation.
