Downloaded the FC 26 trial through game pass on Xbox series S. It won't let me play. Only states I need to upgrade. There is nothing wrong with my membership and some of my friends have download the trial the exact same way and they can all play it. Please help.

Same here. Nothing is being done about it! Couldn’t get on all of last night, even when I’ve had ea play for years. Just gives me the loading screen with three options, one of which I have to upgrade. I’ve already bought the game. Very frustrating.

Same issue with me, it just loads on the fc 26 screen and then it given an error do you own this game or app. It says the trial is available with Ultimate Game pass and EA play and I have both but still not working
